I found the staff friendly and helpful. My room had a coffee machine which was a really nice touch! The shower was super hot which I always appreciate. I enjoyed having yummy food downstairs in the lovely pub.

The location is convenient and close to the hospital. I was pleased. It is situated between the two cathedrals. This makes visits easy. The hotel is ideal for visiting the university. I loved the proximity.

the room was a good size it was also very clean the pub downstairs served really good food the bar staff were helpful and friendly i am thankful

Acceptable stay with some issues
unattached shower head inadequate storage
The location was acceptable, with access to nearby areas.
The shower situation was irritating. The shower head wasn't properly attached, so i had to hold it while showering. the lack of a proper wardrobe or even a simple rail was inconvenient. I had nowhere suitable to hang my clothes besides some basic hangers.

clean room comfortable bed quiet location excellent shower
The staff was very cute and showed me to my room. The room was clean and the bed provided great comfort. I found the location convenient, especially given how quiet it was. The power shower worked perfectly and added to the experience.
I noticed a slightly wobbly tap in the bathroom.

A pleasant and clean stay
clean room separate entrance convenient location
The room was very clean. I appreciated the separate entrance. It meant i did not have to walk through the pub each time. The location was convenient for walking to Chinatown.
The bathroom felt a little narrow. It was difficult to shower without water going everywhere.
